Customer Satisfaction:

   All orders are backed by a money back or exchange guarantee.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or it is defective please send an e-mail to admin@irishattitude.com within 7 days of receipt and we will do our best to remedy the matter.

Order Processing:

   Irishattitude.com accepts payment via credit cards which are securely processed for payment via PayPal, we also accept payments via check or money order however there will be a delay in shipping until the payment clears.  To complete an order you do not need to have a PayPal account When you arrive at the Check out area, click the button to the right of this text “If you do not currently have a PayPal account - click here” If you plan on paying by check or money order please send an e-mail to admin@irishattitude.com and advise what you would like to order and that you plan on paying by check.

Order Shipping:

   Unless requested otherwise most items are shipped via US Postal Priority mail.  Items are shipped same or next day upon receiving the order.  Engraved glass items may take several days as they are hand engraved.  Discounted shipping is available for multiple item purchases. Also items shipped internationally may be delayed due to duty status.
